银屑病停用TNF-α拮抗剂后诱发红皮病一例

摘要： 患者，男，31岁。全身鳞屑性斑块5年，接受TNF-α拮抗剂治疗8个月后皮疹复发，停药2周后全身泛发红斑、丘疹、鳞屑，伴发热。诊断为红皮病型银屑病，给予IL-17A拮抗剂1周后皮损得到控制。

Abstract: A 31-year-old male presented with systemic squamous plaque for 5 years. After receiving tumor necrosis factor inhibitor treatment for 8 months, the rash recurred. Two weeks after drug withdrawal, erythema, papules, scales and fever were relapse. The diagnosis of rythrodermic psoriasis was made, and the skin lesions subsided after a week of treatment with IL-17A antagonist.
