摘要:

皮肤作为人体最大的器官,位于体表易受到微生物、化学、物理、免疫因素等的影响而引起皮肤病。氧化剂的增加超过了机体的抗氧化能力,会导致体内的氧化应激和慢性炎症,影响皮肤细胞的功能,从而可能导致各种皮肤病的发生发展,包括银屑病、特应性皮炎、创伤的延迟愈合和不愈合及衰老等。氢分子能选择性清除羟自由基和过氧亚硝基阴离子,而不影响具有生理功能的活性氧,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡等作用。本文综述了氢分子是发挥效能的机制和在皮肤病的治疗作用。

Abstract: As the largest organ of the human body, the skin covering the body surface is susceptible to the influence of microorganisms, chemical, physical, and immune factors to cause troublesome skin diseases. The excessive oxidants can lead to oxidative stress and chronic inflammation in the body, which may lead to the occurrence and development of various skin diseases, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, delayed healing and non-union of wounds, and aging. Hydrogen molecule can selectively scavenge hydroxyl free radicals and peroxynitrite anions without affecting the physiological functions of reactive oxygen species, which has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and anti-apoptotic effects. The action mechanism of hydrogen molecules and application in treatment for skin diseases are reviewed.
