摘要： 患者，男，37岁。全身多发肿物20余年，破溃伴渗出3天。行肿物切除后给予组织病理检查，符合外毛根鞘囊肿。

Abstract: A 37-year-old male presented with multiple masses all over the body for more than 20 years, ulceration with exudation for 3 days. The patient was treated with tumor resection. The histopathology features were in accordance with trichilemmal cyst.
