摘要： 血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤（angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma，AITL）是外周T细胞淋巴瘤（peripheral T cell lymphoma，PTCL）的亚型之一，占所有非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non-Hodgkin lymphoma，NHL）病例的1%~2%。某些情况下，该疾病与DRESS综合征难以鉴别，在本文中，我们报道皮损表现似DRESS综合征的老年女性AITL患者一例。

Abstract: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a subtype of peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL). It accounts for 1% to 2% of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) cases. In some cases, the diagnosis of AITL is difficult to differentiate from DRESS syndrome. Herein, we report an elderly female patient who presented with skin manifestations similar to DRESS syndrome.
