摘要： 本文报道一例非典型Spitz肿瘤，经组织病理及免疫组化确诊，给予外科手术完整切除，随访3年余未见复发及转移。

Abstract: In this paper, a case of atypical Spitz tumor was diagnosed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry, and underwent complete surgical resection. There was no recurrence or metastasis during the follow-up of more than 3 years.
