托法替布治疗甲扁平苔藓一例

摘要： 甲扁平苔藓目前缺乏标准的治疗方案，传统治疗因剧烈疼痛等不良反应和疗效不佳而使用受限。托法替布是一种口服小分子JAK抑制剂，抑制所有JAKs但优先抑制JAK1和JAK3。本文报道JAK抑制剂托法替布治疗甲扁平苔藓有效一例。

Abstract: There is no standard treatment scheme for lichen planus nail at present, and traditional treatment is limited due to severe pain and other side effects and poor efficacy. Tofacitinib is an oral, small-molecule JAK inhibitor that inhibits all JAKs, especially JAK1 and JAK3. We reported a case with lichen planus successfully treated by tofacitinib.
