托法替布治疗以脱发为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮一例并文献复习

摘要： 有文献报道托法替布治疗SLE患者，其关节和皮肤的症状得到快速改善，而托法替布治疗SLE性脱发的案例，国外仅报道过一例，国内尚未报道过。本文报道托法替布成功治疗以脱发为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮一例，并回顾相关文献。

Abstract: It has been reported in the literature that the joint and skin symptoms of patients with SLE can be rapidly improved by tofaciib treatmen. Only one case of SLE alopecia treated by tofaciib had been reported abroad, but not reported in China. We report a case of successful treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus with alopecia as the first manifestationa  and review the related literature in this paper.
