摘要： 雄激素性脱发（androgenic alopecia，AGA）是临床常见的脱发性疾病，目前治疗手段有限。米诺地尔联合非那雄胺使用有一定的疗效，但存在一定副作用。多项研究结果提示植物提取物对AGA有防治作用。本文综述了多种植物提取物防治AGA的相关药理学研究，主要包括降低雄激素敏感性、改善血液循环和营养供应、毛囊生长调控、抗炎和抗氧化等，为研究和应用植物提取物防治AGA提供思路。

Abstract: Androgenic alopecia (AGA) is a frequent cause of hair loss. Few therapies are currently available. The application of minoxidil combined finasteride present an attenuative effect. However, some adverse effects have been also observed in clinic. Various researches suggested the beneficial effects of the herbal extracts on AGA. The pharmacological studies on these herbal extracts, which mainly included the attenuation of the androgen sensitivity, improvement of the blood circulation and nutrient supplementation, regulation of hair follicle regeneration, as well as the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant efficiencies are reviewed. This review may provide some suggestions for the further studies and the applications of these herbs on AGA treatment.
