摘要： 假上皮瘤样肉芽肿是一种反应性上皮细胞异常增殖，多继发于创伤、炎症或感染等。烧伤创面继发假上皮瘤样病变较为罕见，本文2例患者为烫伤、烧伤后外用中药制剂后诱发，外观呈“菜花样”，类似恶性肿瘤，易误诊。给予手术彻底清创联合厚中厚皮片移植，术后2周创面封闭，效果良好。

Abstract: Pseudoepitheliomatous granuloma is a kind of abnormal proliferation of reactive epithelial cells, which is secondary to trauma, inflammation or infection. Pseudepithelioma-like lesions secondary to burn wounds are rare. The two patients in this paper were both induced by topical application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, with a “cauliflower-like” appearance, similar to malignant tumors, and easy to be misdiagnosed. The wound was closed 2 weeks after surgery by complete debridement combined with thick split thickness skin graft.
