摘要: 皮肤组织遭受损伤时,其损伤修复对于恢复皮肤的稳态非常重要,趋化因子SDF-1在此过程中起着非常关键的作用。本文对SDF-1/CXCR4轴在创面愈合、损伤处神经修复作用、创伤后瘢痕形成以及其对损伤部位神经疼痛的影响进行综述,为开发更有效的皮肤及周围神经损伤的治疗方法和策略提供指导。

Abstract: When the skin tissue is injured, its repair is crucial for restoring the stability of the skin. The chemokine factor SDF-1 plays a key role in this process. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the role of the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis in wound healing, neural repair at the site of injury, post-traumatic scar formation, and its impact on nerve pain at the injury site. The aim is to provide guidance for the development of more effective treatment methods and strategies for skin and peripheral nerve injuries.
