饮食干预治愈疱疹样皮炎一例

摘要： 本文报道一例疱疹样皮炎。给予患者严格无麸质饮食干预治疗，随访3个月后痊愈，至今无复发。本病例报道表明单纯严格饮食控制可以避免传统治疗药物的不良反应，并能够长期维持疾病稳定且不复发。

Abstract: We report a case of dermatitis herpetiformis. The patient was treated with strict gluten-free diet intervention and recovered after 3 months of follow-up without recurrence. This case report shows that strict dietary control alone can avoid the side effects of traditional treatment drugs and maintain long-term stable disease without recurrence.
