摘要： 周期性发热-阿弗他口炎-咽炎-淋巴结炎（PFAPA）可出现皮疹，但目前缺乏对皮疹特点详细描述的报道。本文报道1例以双上睑水肿性紫红斑为主要表现的PFAPA患者，并通过相关文献复习，增强对该病的了解。

Abstract: Periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis and adenitis (PFAPA) can result in a rash, but detailed descriptions of the rash characteristics are lacking. The present study presents a case of PFAPA with erythema of double upper blepharoedema as the predominant clinical features, while also providing a comprehensive review of relevant literature to enhance comprehension of this disease.
