Light chain myeloma complicated with immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis: a case report

摘要： 多发性骨髓瘤（multiple myeloma，MM）是除白血病之外最常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤，极少累及皮肤。轻链骨髓瘤是MM的一种少见变体，约占MM病例的15%~20%。本文报道一例周身泛发皮疹的轻链型骨髓瘤，患者经组织病理和免疫组化确诊，化疗2周皮损消退。

Abstract: Multiple myeloma (MM) is the most common hematological malignancy after leukemia, which rarely involves skin. Light chain myeloma is a rare variant of MM, accounting for approximately 15%-20% of all MM cases. We report a case of light-chain myeloma with a generalized rash. The patient was diagnosed by histopathology and immunohistochemistry, and the skin lesions subsided after 2 weeks of chemotherapy.
