摘要： 芳香烃受体（aryl hydrocarbon receptor, AhR）是一类配体依赖性转录激活因子，在调节免疫及皮肤屏障功能中具有重要的作用。近年来，AhR 的靶向激活已被证明可有效治疗银屑病。本文就AhR基本特征和功能以及与银屑病发病的关系进行综述，并探讨基于AhR靶点治疗药物的发展情况。

Abstract: The aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR), a class of ligand-dependent transcriptional activators, plays an important role in the regulation of immunity and skin barrier function. In recent years, targeted activation of AhR has been shown to be effective in the treatment of psoriasis. This article reviewed the basic features and functions of AhR, as well as the relationship with psoriasis, and the development of therapeutic drugs based on AhR targets.
