头皮原发性皮肤黏液癌一例

摘要： 原发性皮肤黏液癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，易误诊。患者，女，74岁，头皮肿物10年，生长缓慢，曾误诊为良性肿物。皮肤科查体见顶枕部头皮4 cm×2 cm大小的形似葫芦状肿物，扩大切除术后行病理检查，诊断为皮肤黏液癌。随访12个月，未见新发肿物。

Abstract: Primary cutaneous mucinous carcinoma is a rare malignant tumor that is prone to misdiagnosis. A 74-year-old female presented with mass on the scalp which slow growth for 10 years, previously misdiagnosed as benign mass. Dermatological examination showed 4 cm×2 cm tumor resembling a gourd shape on the scalp of the vertex-occipital area. After an excisional biopsy, the pathological diagnosis was cutaneous mucinous carcinoma. Follow-up for 12 months showed no new tumors.
