液氮冷冻治疗局限性掌跖角化不足一例并文献复习

摘要： 局限性掌跖角化不足（CPH）是一种少见的良性皮肤病，表现为掌跖部位边界清楚的凹陷性红斑。该病缺乏标准的治疗方案，国外已有液氮冷冻治愈CPH的报道，国内尚无，本文报道一例类似病例。患者，女，64岁。左手大鱼际处凹陷性红斑7年。液氮冷冻治疗3次后皮损完全消退，随访18个月未复发，且无严重不良反应。

Abstract: Circumscribed palmar or plantar hypokeratosis (CPH) is a rare benign skin condition, characterized by well-demarcated, depressed, erythematous patches on the palms and soles. There is no standardized treatment protocol for this disease. There have been some reports of successful treatment of CPH with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy abroad, but not in China. We report one relevant case in this article. A 64-year-old female presented with a depressed erythema on the thenar eminence of her left hand for 7 years. After three times of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy, the lesion completely subsided. There was no recurrence after 18 months of follow-up, and no severe adverse reactions were observed.
