摘要： 碳酸锂引起皮肤不良反应的报道相对少见，本文报道一父子口服碳酸锂后均出现色素性紫癜样疹的病例，并进行文献分析，以加强对该类疾病的认识。

Abstract: Reports of adverse skin reactions caused by lithium carbonate are relatively rare. This report presents a case of a pigmented purpuric rash occurring in a father and his son following oral administration of lithium carbonate, along with a review of the relevant literature to enhance understanding of this adverse drug reaction.
