麻风患者义齿修复情况的调查分析

摘要： 目的：评估中国麻风患者缺牙后义齿修复情况。方法：随机抽取613例来自湖南、江苏和陕西三省六个麻风村的麻风患者，统计其缺牙后义齿修复情况。结果：该样本组的义齿修复率仅为23.8%，不良修复率高达85.4%。结论：麻风患者缺牙后的义齿修复率低，而不良修复率高。应对其口腔健康予以重视，采取相关措施来改善义齿修复率和修复水平。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate restoration of?denture status of leprosy patients in China. Method: We firstly randomly selected 613 leprosy patients from six leprosy villages, and then examined their restoration of?denture status. Result: The restoration rate and bad prosthesis rate was 23.8% and 85.4% in 613 leprosy patients respectively. Conclusion: The restoration rate was low and the bad prosthesis rate was high in leprosy patients. We should pay attention to the oral health status of leprosy patients, and take measures to improve the restoration rate and restoration level.
