中波高能紫外线治疗儿童白癜风的疗效评价

摘要： 目的：评价中波高能紫外线治疗儿童白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用美国 DuaLightTM 型高能紫外线治疗仪 UV120-2 型治疗40例儿童白癜风患者50处皮损，以l～2倍MED值作为治疗起始量，根据治疗后皮损的反应，每次照射剂量不变或增加15%，每周治疗1～2次,6个月后评价疗效。结果：皮损的总有效率为62%，痊愈率为26%。头面部、躯干部、四肢及肢端有效率分别为81.8%，83.3%，37.5%及0。无严重不良反应。结论：中波高能紫外线治疗儿童白癜风安全有效，病变部位与疗效相关。

Abstract: Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of targeted UVB in the treatment of childhood vitiligo. Methods：Fifty lesions in 40 children with vitiligo were treated with targeted UVB (DualightTM UV 120-2 targeted phototherapy system), 1~2 times per week and the efficacy was assessed after 6-month treatment. Results：The total effective rate and cure rate were 62% and 26%, respectively. The effective rates of head and face, trunk, limbs and acral areas were 81.8%, 83.3%, 37.5% and 0, respectively. There was no obvious adverse in all patients. Conclusion：Targeted UVB is safe and effective in the treatment of vitiligo in children and the therapeutic effect relates to the location of lesions.
