反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜检测毛囊蠕形螨感染的临床应用

摘要: 目的:探讨反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(RCM)在毛囊蠕形螨检测中的临床应用。方法:对临床52例酒渣鼻患者采用挤压法、标准化皮肤表层取材法(SSSB)及RCM进行毛囊蠕形螨检测,并对其阳性率、高螨密度检出率(蠕形螨≥5个/cm2)及单位面积内毛囊蠕形螨平均密度进行对比分析。结果:挤压法、标准化皮肤表层取材法(SSSB)及RCM法的阳性率分别为69.23%、78.85%、100%。单位面积内毛囊蠕形螨平均密度分别为8.21±6.45、16.22±13.12、410.8±203.2。结论:RCM法在毛囊蠕形螨检测中是一种更为敏感、准确、简便的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the role of reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) for monitoring the density of demodex mites. Methods: The positivity rate, high number of mites (≥5 mites /cm2) and mean number of mites per 10 mm2 of demodex mites in 52 patients with rosacea were detected by extrusion method, standardized skin surface biopsy (SSSB) and RCM respectively. Results: The positivity rates of extrusion method, SSSB and RCM were 69.23%, 78.85% and 100%  and the mean number of mites per 10 mm2 was 8.21±6.45, 16.22±13.12 and 410.8±203.2. Conclusion: RCM is more sensitive and simple for the detection of demodex mites in the patients with rosacea.
