摘要：

鳞癌的发病不仅与人体肤色、年龄、免疫功能及基因突变等自身因素相关，还与过度日光照射、病毒感染、致癌物质等外界因素紧密相关。根据其发病部位及组织分化程度等可选择手术切除、放射疗法、光动力疗法及基因疗法等。本文就近年来关于鳞癌病因、发病机制及治疗的研究做一简要综述。

Abstract:

The etiology of squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) includes internal factors (skin colour, age, immunity and gene mutation) and external environment (excessive sunlight, virus infection and chemical carcinogens). The treatment includes excision, drug, radiotherapy, photodynamic therapy and gene therapy.The choice of treatment was made according to the lesion site and the differentiated degree. The etiology and treatment of SCC was reviewed in this article.
