Investigation and analysis of new intra-familial infected patients with leprosy in family in Guizhou Province

摘要： 回顾性分析2011-2015年942例新发麻风患者的临床资料，显示家庭内接触感染发病306例（32.48%），其中男217例，女89例，年龄7～89岁，平均年龄34.58岁, 15岁以下31例（10.13%）；多菌型242例（79.08%），少菌型64例（20.92%）；诊断延迟期6天～40.80年，平均为2.60年；Ⅰ级畸残53例，Ⅱ级畸残92例；大多数传染源为血缘亲属（276例，90.20%），由父母感染而来的所占比例最大（152例，49.67%）。

Abstract: The data of 942 new-onset cases from 2011 to 2015 years in Guizhou Province was analyzed retrospectively. Of 942 new-onset cases, 306 cases (32.48%) were intra-familial infected patients, including 217 males and 89 females. The age of 306 patients ranged from 7 to 89 years, the average age was 34.58 years old and 31 patients (10.13%) was under 15 years. Of 306 patients, 242 was multibacillary type and 64 was paucibacillary leprosy. The time of delayed diagnosis was from 5 days to 40.8 years, the average time was 2.6 years. Fifty three patients had grade 1 disability and 92 had grade 2 disability. The most infection source of new patients in the family was the blood relatives (272 patients, 90.20% ), especially the parents (152 patients, 49.67%).
