广西南宁地区33例猴痘患者临床特征分析

摘要： 目的：分析广西南宁地区猴痘患者的流行病学及临床特征。方法：回顾性分析我院2023年7月至2024年3月确诊为猴痘的33例患者的临床资料，对其人口学特征、流行病学、临床表现等进行分析。结果：33例患者均为男性，经PCR检测猴痘病毒均阳性，29例（87.88%）为男男性行为者。主要症状为丘疹、丘疱疹（100%）、发热（57.58%）、瘙痒（42.42%）。皮疹主要分布于肛门、会阴及生殖器（81.82%）、躯干和四肢（51.52%）、头面部（21.21%)。22例猴痘住院患者中HIV阳性14例，HIV组与非HIV组猴痘病毒CT值（疱疹液）、皮疹结痂时间、住院时间无统计学差异（均P＞0.05）。结论：广西南宁地区猴痘的感染人群以男男性行为者为主，皮疹主要分布于肛门、会阴及生殖器。猴痘患者HIV阳性组与非HIV阳性组，病情的严重程度相似。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of monkeypox patients in Nanning, Guangxi. Methods: The data of 33 patients with monkeypox admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to March 2024 were analyzed retrospectively, including demographic characteristics, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, etc. Results: All 33 patients were male and positive for monkeypox virus by PCR. 29 patients were men who have sex with men. The main symptoms were papulovesicle (100%), fever (57.58%), pruritus (42.42%). The rashes were mainly on the anus, perineum and genitals (81.82%), trunk and limbs (51.52%), head and face (21.21%). Among the 22 hospitalized monkeypox patients, 14 were positive for HIV. There were no statistically significant differences between the HIV-positive patients and HIV-negative patients in monkeypox virus CT value (herpes fluid), rash crust-time, and length of hospital stay. Conclusion: The monkeypox infected population in Nanning area of Guangxi is mainly MSM, and the rashes were mainly on the anus, perineum and genitalia. The severity of monkeypox was similar HIV-positive patients and HIV-negative patients.
