Two cases of monkeypox and analysis of monkeypox epidemiological characteristics

摘要： 患者1，男，22岁。7天前阴茎根部出现红斑、丘疹，2天前发热，1天前出现脓疱、破溃。发病前1周被仓鼠咬伤，系男男性行为者。查体：阴茎根部成簇脓疱、散在溃疡，两侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大，肛周多发绿豆大小脓疱。疱液MPXV-qPCR（+）。患者2，男，33岁。12天前阴阜皮肤出现脓疱，3天前全身出现红斑，1天前双手背出现脓疱。系男男性行为者。查体：阴阜成簇脓疱、结痂，全身泛发红斑，双手背各有一米粒大小脓疱。疱液MPXV-qPCR（+）。两例患者均诊断为猴痘。

Abstract: A 22-year-old male presented with erythema and papule on the root of penis for a week，with fever for 2 days and papules ulcerated for 1 day. He was bitten by a hamster one week before onset of illness. He was a man who has sex with man (MSM). Physical examination revealed ulcerated clusters of pustules on the root of penis, lymphadenectasis on both sides of the groin, and multiple mung bean-sized pustules around the anus. Monkeypox virus nucleic acid qPCR test was positive. A 33-year-old male presented with pustules on the monsveneris for 12 days, erythema on the whole body for 3 days, and pustules on each hand for 1 day. He was a MSM. Physical examination revealed ulcerated clusters of pustules on the veneris mons, erythema all over the body, and millet-sized pustule on each hand. Monkeypox virus nucleic acid qPCR test was positive. Both of these two cases were diagnosed with monkeypox.
