摘要： 白癜风是一种常见的获得性色素脱失性皮肤病，约25%的患儿10岁前发病。儿童白癜风早期治疗效果更佳，但用药需更加谨慎。本文就儿童白癜风治疗进展进行综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmented skin disease. The onset of vitiligo occurs before the age of 10 in a quarter of patients. Early treatment of chinldhood vitiligo is more effective, and the drug should be more cautious. This paper reviews the update of the treatment of childhood vitiligo in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
