摘要： 皮肤胶原血管病是一种罕见的特发性真皮微血管病，本文报道1例首发于躯干的皮肤胶原血管病并对相关文献进行复习。患者，女，45岁，因躯干、四肢毛细血管扩张5年就诊。皮肤组织病理：角化过度，基底层色素增加，真皮浅中层可见明显毛细血管扩张，扩张的血管壁增厚，似有均质化改变。PAS染色、Masson染色血管壁阳性。诊断为皮肤胶原血管病。

Abstract: Cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy is a rare idiopathic dermal microangiopathy. We report a case of cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy initially presenting on the trunk and reviews the relevant literature. A 45-year-old female presented with telangiectasia of trunk and limbs for 5 years. Skin histopathology showed hyperkeratosis, increased pigmentation in the basal layer, obvious telangiectasia in the superficial and middle layers of the dermis, thickening of the dilated vascular wall, and seemingly homogeneous changes. PAS staining and Masson staining were positive for vascular wall. The diagnosis of cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy was made.
