摘要： 胰高血糖素瘤临床罕见，90%首发症状为坏死松解性游走性红斑。本文报道一例以坏死松解性游走性红斑为首发表现的胰高血糖素瘤患者。患者确诊后于肿瘤科行奥曲肽及肝脏介入手术治疗，皮疹明显消退。

Abstract: Glucagonoma is rare, and 90% of the first symptom is necrolytic migratory erythema. We report a case of glucagonoma with necrolytic migratory erythema as the first manifestation. The patient was treated with octreotide and interventional hepatic surgery in the oncology department, then the rash subsided.
