皮肤淋巴腺瘤二例并文献复习

摘要： 本文报道2例皮肤淋巴腺瘤（cutaneous lymphadenoma，CL）病例并进行文献复习，共分析资料完整的CL共96例，98%为后天发生，无性别差异，平均发病年龄(44.53±17.50)岁，病程平均(6.47±7.79)年。CL皮损主要累及面部，为单发丘疹或结节，通常直径＜1 cm。上皮细胞岛、淋巴细胞浸润、结缔组织增生性基质是CL的主要组织病理学特征。免疫组化对鉴别诊断和判断组织学来源有一定帮助。治疗多采取手术切除。

Abstract: We reported two cases of cutaneous lymphadenoma (CL) and reviews the relevant literature. A total of 96 well-documented cases of CL were retrieved, among which 98% were acquired with no gender predilection. The average age and duration was 44.53±17.50 years, 6.47±7.79 years, respectively. CL lesions mainly involve the face and present with single papule or nodule, usually diameter ＜1 cm. Epithelial cell islands, lymphocyte infiltration, and connective tissue proliferative matrix are the main histopathological features of CL. Immunohistochemistry is helpful for differential diagnosis and identification of histological origin. Surgical resection is often used for treatment.
