摘要: 近年来在MicroRNAs(miRNAs)与银屑病的相关研究中发现,其在银屑病的发病机制中扮演了重要角色,包括调控T细胞、细胞因子、固有免疫及调节角质形成细胞增殖分化、皮肤屏障等方面。miRNAs在血清和组织中均可以稳定存在,未来可能成为银屑病诊断、评价疾病严重程度、监测治疗后反应及预后的新的标志物。本文对miRNAs在银屑病发病机制中的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: It has been found that MiRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis in recent years such as regulating T cells, cytokines, innate immunity, and the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes and skin barrier function. MicroRNAs are stable in both serum and tissues and may be used as new markers for psoriasis diagnosis, the disease severity assessment, monitoring therapy response and predicting prognosis in the future. The update of MicroRNAs in the pathogenesis of psoriasis is reviewed in this paper.
