摘要： 银屑病是一种免疫相关的慢性炎症性疾病。大部分女性患者在育龄期发展为银屑病。目前，传统药物和生物制剂在治疗银屑病方面取得了良好的效果，但它们均有可能导致妊娠不良事件的发生。本综述旨在讨论用于治疗妊娠期银屑病的主要药物包括传统药物和生物制剂的疗效以及安全性，以及既往报道的妊娠期银屑病的治疗的研究，为临床决策提供参考。

Abstract: Psoriasis is an immune-related chronic inflammatory disease. Most female patients develop psoriasis during their reproductive years. At present, traditional medicines and biologics have achieved good results in the treatment of psoriasis, but they all may lead to adverse pregnancy events. This review aims to discuss the efficacy and safety of the main drugs used to treat psoriasis in pregnancy, including traditional medicines and biologics, as well as previously reported studies on the treatment of psoriasis in pregnancy, so as to provide a reference for clinical decision-making.
