摘要： 玫瑰痤疮伴发的难治性红斑给患者带来了极大的困扰。目前治疗方法有α-肾上腺素能受体激动剂、β 肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂、肉毒素、激光和光子等。本文就玫瑰痤疮难治性红斑治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract: Refractory erythema of rosacea confuses patients greatly. Some treatments have been tried, such as α-adrenergic receptor agonist, β-adrenergic receptor blocker, botulinum toxin, lasers, phototherapy and so on. The update of the treatments for the refractory erythema of rosacea is presented in this paper.
