摘要： Janus激酶/信号转导与转录激活子(The Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of tran-ions, JAK/STAT)信号通路作为常见的信号通路之一，在银屑病的发病机制中起到重要的调控作用，因此抑制JAK/STAT通路成为治疗银屑病的有效方法。本文通过对JAK抑制剂的临床效用及安全性进行总结，阐述其在银屑病方面的治疗进展。

Abstract: The JAK/STAT pathway is one of the common signaling pathways which plays an important regulatory role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, so inhibiting the JAK/STAT pathway becomes an effective method for the treatment of psoriasis. In this paper, the update of the clinical efficacy and safety of JAK inhibitors in the treatment of psoriasis is reviewed.
