摘要： 本文报道一例误诊为毛母细胞瘤的结节型黑色素瘤。患者，女，53岁。头皮孤立的半球形肤色质硬结节2年，临床诊断为毛母细胞瘤。经组织病理及免疫组化检查，最终诊断为结节型黑色素瘤。

Abstract: We report a case of nodular melanoma which misdiagnosed as piloblastoma. The patient was a 53-year-old female who presented with isolated hemispherical hard nodules on the scalp for 2 years, and was diagnosed as trichoblastoma clinically. The final diagnosis was nodular melanoma by pathological and immunohistochemical examination
