摘要： 本文报道一例持久性隆起性红斑合并多系统损害。患者因四肢、臀部斑块结节伴痛2年余入院。病程中出现眼部疼痛、视物模糊、四肢关节疼痛、脐周隐痛等症状。经组织病理确诊。给予糖皮质激素、羟氯喹等治疗后皮疹、腹痛、关节痛好转。

Abstract: We report a case of erythema elevatum diutinum associated with multiple systemic damage. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to plaque nodules and pain in the extremities and buttocks for more than 2 years. During the course of the disease, symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision, limb joint pain, and dull pain around the umbilical cord occurred. The diagnosis was confirmed by histopathology. Giving the rash, abdominal pain, joint pain improved after treated by glucocorticoid and hydroxychloroquine.
