摘要: 二甲双胍作为一种口服降糖药物在皮肤抗衰老中表现出潜力,主要通过抑制氧化应激反应、增强细胞自噬功能延缓衰老,降低与年龄相关疾病的发病率和总死亡率。本文就二甲双胍抗皮肤老化研究进展进行综述,为抗衰老药物的研究和开发提供新的思路。

Abstract: Metformin, an oral antidiabetic drug, has shown potential in skin anti-aging, primarily through inhibiting oxidative stress reactions, enhancing cellular autophagy function to delay aging, and reducing the incidence and overall mortality of age-related diseases. The paper reviews the anti-aging mechanisms of metformin to provide new insights for the study and development of anti-aging drugs.
