摘要： 激素依赖性皮炎是一种慢性复发性皮肤病，主要由于长期不当外用皮质类固醇所致，常见于面部。本例患者因面部红斑、瘙痒反复发作1年，诊断为激素依赖性皮炎。多种治疗无效后，使用乌帕替尼15 mg/d口服，治疗4周，症状显著改善，8周完全缓解，无不良反应。

Abstract: Steroid-dependent dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent skin condition primarily caused by the prolonged improper use of topical corticosteroids, commonly occurring on the face. In this case, the patient had recurrent facial erythema and itching for 1 year and was diagnosed with steroid-dependent dermatitis. After multiple treatments failed, oral upadacitinib 15 mg/d was administered, and after 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms significantly improved. Complete resolution was achieved after 8 weeks, with no adverse reactions.
