摘要： 银屑病发病机制与表皮角质形成细胞、真皮血管内皮细胞、免疫细胞等密切相关，本文从炎症介导途径、激酶传导途径、核内基因转录水平途径等方面，综述了与银屑病发病机制相关的信号转导通路，以及对其发挥功能的调控因子。

关键词: 银屑病, 信号转导通路

Abstract: The pathogenesis of psoriasis is associated with epidermal keratinocytes, dermal vascular endothelial cells and immunocytes. The signal transduction pathways and related regulators including inflammation mediated pathway, kinase pathway and the nuclear gene transcription level route is reviewed in this paper.
