摘要： 扁平苔藓是一种常见的T细胞介导的自身免疫性疾病，其发病机制与JAK-STAT信号通路活化密切相关。艾玛昔替尼作为一种新型、高选择性的JAK1抑制剂，在扁平苔藓中的应用未见报道。本文报道一例艾玛昔替尼成功治疗伴粒细胞缺乏危象的甲扁平苔藓患者，为临床治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Lichen planus is a common T cell-mediated autoimmune disease, and its pathogenesis is closely associated with the activation of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. As a novel, highly selective JAK1 inhibitor, the application of ivarmacitinib in lichen planus has not been reported. Herein, we present a case of successful treatment of nail lichen planus complicated with agranulocytosis crisis with ivarmacitinib providing new insights for clinical decision-making.
