摘要： 目的：明确寻常型银屑病（PV）与平均血小板体积（MPV）的相关性。方法：检测150例PV患者和50例健康对照的MPV水平，计算PV患者的PASI评分。结果：银屑病组MPV值和血小板分布宽度（PDW）明显高于正常对照组。MPV值与银屑病面积与严重度评分（PASI）值正相关。经治疗后，银屑病患者MPV值明显下降。结论：PV患者MPV值与疾病严重度相关。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the relationship between the mean platelet volume (MPV) level and disease severity of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The level of MPV was detected in 150 patients and 50 healthy controls. The PASI of patients was clinically assessed. Results: Platelet distribution width and MPV were significantly higher in the patients than in controls. There was positive correlation between PASI and MPV and MPV level. The level of MPV was significantly decreased after treatment. Conclusion: MPV is positively correlated with the severity of psoriasis.
