Abstract: The lesions located on the mother's up limbs for one year and on daughters face for 4 months. The lesions characterized by annular erythema. The surface was covered with scales and a little scab with boundary clear and slightly uplifted edge. They had a history of raising cattles. The strains isolated from the patients were identified as Trichophyton verrucosum based on the morphological, growth tests and molecular methods. In vitro drug susceptibility test showed Trichophyton verrucosum was sensitive to itraconazole or terbinafin. The patients were cured with oral and topical antifungal drugs.
