Severe lamellar ichthyosis: a case report

Abstract: A 41-year-old female presented with dark brown flaky scales all over his body for more than 40 years with itching for 3 days. Combined with clinical symptoms and pathology, the diagnosis of lamellar ichthyosis was made. The patient showed clinical improvement after treated with oral acitretin and drug occlusion for 4 weeks.
