Successful treatment of pemphigoid lichen planus with oral acitretin combined with topical hormone:a case report

Abstract: A 58-year-old male presented with purplish red flat papules around the body accompanied by itching for 2 months. Histopathology and immunopathology features were consistent with pemphigoid lichen planus. The patient was treated with oral administration of acitretina A capsule 30 mg, once a day, tripterygium wilfordii 20 mg, 3 times a day, topical administration of halometasone and hascinide. The blisters were subsided, and the color of the rash was obviously lighter than before after 15-day follow up.
