Epithelioid hemangioma of scalp: a case report

Abstract: A 36-year-old female presented with papules and nodules on the head for more than 3 years. Histological examination showed a large number of lobular masses composed of vascular lacunae with unclear boundary were found in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The proliferative vascular endothelial cells were hypertrophic and round, and protruded into the lumen. Lymphoid tissue and a large number of eosinophils were seen in the stroma.The diagnosis of epithelioid hemangioma was made.
