Abstract: Objective: To detect the expression of Gsk-3β, CD82 and Axin1 in mammary Paget's disease (MPD), extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) and normal skin tissues by immunohistochemical method. Methods: The expression levels of Gsk-3β, CD82 and Axin1 of lesions in 20 MPD cases, 20 EMPD cases and normal skin in 10 controls were detected by immunohistochemical. Results: The expression of Gsk-3β in MPD and EMPD were 3.39±1.41 and 2.93±1.37, which were significantly lower than that in normal skin (6.50±2.16). The expression of CD82 in MPD and EMPD were 6.05±2.14 and 3.90±1.75, which were significantly lower than that in normal skin (10.68±1.11). The expression of Axin1 in MPD and EMPD were 2.39±1.49 and 2.77±1.64, which were significantly lower than that in normal skin (5.57±1.72). There was no significant difference of the expressions of Gsk-3β, CD82 and Axin1 in lesions of MPD and EMPD (P>0.05). Conclusion: The expression level of Gsk-3β, CD82 and Axin1 are decreased in MPD and EMPD, which may be related to the onset of MPD and EMPD.
