Secukinumab successfully treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis in children: a case report and literature review

Abstract: The conventional systemic therapy is limited to treatment of juvenile generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), such as methotrexate, retinoic acid and cyclosporin A. No standardized guidelines are available for juvenile GPP. Herein, we report a case of a 9-year-old girl with GPP successfully treated with secukinumab and review the related literature.
