The average age at onset was 53.1 years. Of the 12 patients, four had skin involvement outside the face. One case involved multiple systems including lung, heart, kidney, liver and spleen. Six cases had lung involvement and four cases had hilar lymph nodes involvement. The histopathologic features in 12 cases were subcutaneous non-caseous epithelioid granuloma, which was negative for acid-fast staining.
