Acneiform drug eruption caused by afatinib: two cases report

Abstract: Afatinib is a kind of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor, which is clinically used in the treatment of non-small cell lung carcinoma. One of the common adverse drug reactions was acneiform drug eruption. We reported two patients with acneiform drug eruption caused by afatinib in this paper.
