Update of subclinical psoriatic arthritis

Abstract: Psoriasis patients who have any abnormal synovial-entheseal inflammation imaging features and don't meet the standard of Classification of Psoriatic Arthritis (CASPAR) are defined as subclinical psoriatic arthritis. Early detection and intervention contribute to the more satisfying outcomes among these patients. The recent progress in the definition, imaging features of subclinical PsA and impact of systematic therapy on PsA development are reviewed.
