Multiple foreign body granuloma in buttock caused by progesterone injection: two cases report

Abstract: Case one, a 34-year-old female presented with a six months history of hip nodules on buttocks,with ulceration for 1.5 months. Case two, a 34-year-old female presented with multiple subcutaneous nodules with ulceration on buttocks for 3 years. Combined clinical manifestations with pathology, the diagnoses of foreign body granuloma were made. Both patients were treated with surgical resection, and had a good effect.
