Facial foreign body granuloma caused by mesotherapy injection cosmetic: a case report

Abstract: A 27-year-old female presented with papules on the face with itching for 1 month. The patient had been treated with mesotherapy injection in a local beauty salon 4 months ago. Based on the clinical and histological features, the diagnosis of facial foreign body granuloma was made. The patient was given compound betamethasone injection and the lesions subsided.
